Please select the issue you are facing:

• I cannot transfer my movies from tape to my computer with a USB cable (USB streaming function).
• I cannot transfer my movies from tape to my computer with an i.Link cable (IEEE-1394).
• I want to transfer my pictures or my movies taken on my MemoryStick from my Handycam to my computer, but my computer does not seem to detect my Sony Handycam.
