Make sure that the Write Protect switch on the Memory Stick is not set to LOCK.
Please proceed with the following operations:
- Clean the Memory Stick terminals: dust may sometimes cause reading problems.
- Re-insert the Memory Stick several times into the camera or device.
- Re-format the Memory Stick with the Memory Stick format tool.
