Please proceed with the following operations:

  • Clean the Memory Stick terminals with a soft clothe: dust may sometimes cause reading problems.
  • Re-insert the Memory Stick several times into the camera or device.

If your Memory Stick is not detected after having tried these countermeasures a couple of times, we advise you to contact your local Sony dealer or to try with another MemoryStick.
