JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Daily sales order, sales order management like liaise with Sales; Marketing and Logistics that follow & control stock availability, shipment, back order to satisfy Dealer’s Purchase Order
    • Liaise with related people to ensure order smoothly, on lead time
    • Liaise with Sales Person in charge / Accounting team to follow and inform Account receivable status Dealers on time
    • Display discount calculation and invoice
    • Follow and create sales return (sales order)
    • Follow, review and control monthly sales order / back order in system
    • Follow review campaign to create order in system
    • Other tasks as assigned by Manager


REQUIREMENT

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent
    • English: Able to communicate in business level
    • Experience in sales & marketing or relevant fields is preferable
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines

    1. Vendor Code /Document Management
    • Check proper required documents of vendor as policy, ask approval from authorized managers on Vendor Registration Form
    • Create vendor code in the system
    • Keep update and maintain fulfilled database of vendor in the excel file
    • Manage contract in terms of documents, follow up the expired date and report to Procurement Manager prior to 01 month.
    • Manage to fill the hardcopy of documents related to Procurement.

    2. PO management
    • Make PO (purchase request) from stakeholders.
    • Process related vendor payment

    3. Purchasing for Non-Sales & MKT
    • Be fully in charge of purchasing goods for Non-Sales & MKT functions from vendor sourcing, management, selection, and evaluation.


REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor's degree
    • English communication in business level
    • System savvy (SAP/ERP/Oracle/Others) and proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in big MNCs as the same role

JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION FOR HOME ENTERTAINMENT CATEGORY (TV, SOUNDBAR, ACCESSORIES) AND GAME CATEGORY (PLAY STATION & RELATED PRODUCTS)
    • Work closely with Head of MarCom and Product Marketing team to deliver the Marketing strategies and in line with product roadmap
    • In charge of full-year planning and implementation of both ATL & BTL communications activities of the respective categories throughout the whole customer journey – from Awareness to Consideration and Conversion to support achieving the business targets
    • Lead content strategy to execution for all owned channels (social platforms, websites, EDM) as well as earned media PR, KOLs/Influencers, social groups, and manage creative agencies
    • Lead the digital strategy and manage media agency in execution to deliver the media KPIs, as well as exploring and establishing new media channels
    • In charge of PR planning & execution for new model launch
    • Update weekly, monthly, half-year, and full-year reports

    2. OFFLINE ACTIVATION AND DEMAND CREATION
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing team to develop and implement effective demand generation campaigns from concept, potential target audience identification, to implementation at the right channels and with the right activities, so as to drives sales by fostering consideration and triggering consumers’ actions.
    • Lead all offline activations, including launching events, press conferences, roadshows, sponsorship… from agency briefing, concept development, planning, to execution and reporting.

    3. OTHER:
    • Contribute to CRM management, where required and as directed by the Head of MarCom and CRM Specialist.
    • Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing techniques and new channels.
    • Carry out research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.
    • Contribute to cross-category campaigns and/or events as assigned by Head of MarCom


REQUIREMENT

    • Minimum 3-5 working years in Marcom or Digital field or minimum 3-4 working years in MKT Agency. Experience in Electronics/ Retail will be a strong plus but not compulsory.
    • Excellent copy writing skills and creative mindset
    • Understanding Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube…). Knowledge and experiences about Tiktok will be an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, especially Electronics industry will be an advantage
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office tools
    • Fluent in English communications

JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Workshop and Activity Management at Sony Store (Direct Store) for both Online & Offline.
    • Plan and execute offline workshop at Sony Store Vincom Dong Khoi, mainly for Camera, Audio and Home Entertainment categories.
    • Plan and execute activation event at Sony Store Vincom Dong Khoi such as Sony fan gathering, membership gathering, seasonal activities…etc.
    • Plan and execute online workshop & livestreaming via Sony Vietnam social channel such as FB, YouTube, IG and Lazada platform.
    • Basic workshop and activities should be conducted by evangelist from recruiting until execution including to be speaker or lecturer. Some of specific concept activities should be collaborated with external partners such as KOL and Influencer.

    2. Workshop and Activity Management at Sony Center (Authorized Store) for both Online & Offline.
    • Plan and execute offline workshop at Sony Center, mainly for Camera, Audio and Home Entertainment categories.
    • Plan and execute online workshop & livestreaming via Sony Center social channel such as FB and YouTube.
    • For Sony Center workshop and activities, evangelist is required to cooperate with dealer. Plan workshop with dealers and get support from dealer to invite their customers. Collaborate with KOL and Influencer to conduct workshop and activities to Sony Center dealer’s customer.

    3. Product and Sales Skill Training
    • Conduct training for Sony Store and Sony Center promoters incl. floor salesman. New model training and regular training to keep updating product knowledge, demo skill and sales skill.
    • Conduct basic training for newcomers in Sony Vietnam using Sony Store Vincom Dong Khoi shop front.

    4. Contents Creation
    • Create Sony Store & Sony Center unique demo contents collaborating with marketing and external partners. Target outcome could be product review by KOL & Influencer, product review using shop front set-up at Sony Store, store tour clip…etc.

    5. Reporting
    • Report workshop, activities and training output every week internally among D2C team and every month to management. Report is including activity report, VOC, sales result and KPI tracking such as participants, Sell-Out and CVR.

    Other tasks as required by the line manager

REQUIREMENT

    • Activity planning, execution and review skill based on regular PDCA cycle.
    • Excellent communication skill with both internal and external parties to drive project.
    • Excellent Multi-tasking and time management skill.
    • Business level of English.
    • Communication skill with end user and able to get customer insight.
    • Preferable to have experience of taking care consumer electronics categories especially for camera or audio products.
