JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Field Force Management
• Manage Field Force team in Center & other South. Hold regular meeting, update necessary information, daily communication with FF team, instruct and guide FF team to be in line with HQ direction
• Planning and monitoring Field Force HC in line with yearly plan
• Monitor and improve quality of Field Force through: Target visit, SKU display, Product Knowledge and Promoter Leadership skill
2. Promoter Management
• Manage Promoter team in Center & other South. Hold regular meeting, update necessary information, daily communication with Promoters, instruct and guide Promoters to be in line with HQ direction
• Planning and monitoring Promoter HC in line with yearly plan
• Monitor and improve Sell-Out in Center & other South area. Regular report to Headquarter and run PDCA to drive Sell-Out with Promoter team
3. Shop Front Activation
• Plan and Manage POSM in Center & other South Area
• Activate shop front via Field Force and Promoters. SKU maintenance, schematic management, demo, and display management
• Monthly biz trip to Center & other South area to Manage Leader, Field Force, Promoter
4. Other Tasks:
Set-up training for dealer’s staff, hold promoter event, prepare necessary tools for FF and promoters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Technical background will be an advantageous, especially in Electrical Engineering
- English communication in business level
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working experience in retail/trade operation field such as promoter management and shop front activation. Not necessary to be from same electronics industry
- Well understanding about retail/trade operation
- Leadership skills to manage big team
- Good communication skills to coordinate project with related parties

JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Commercial Investment tasks:
• Understand CI and compliance policy which related to support for dealers (such as promotion/ discount/ voucher/ activities support for dealer events).
• Raise CI project registration in Paws system to get approval from Managers/ Division Head before activating campaign/activity.
• When the activity ends, collect invoices/related documents from dealers to raise CI payout with data prepared by Sales data team
2/ Administration
• Support to prepare get approval for Announcement Letter & Quarterly Target Letter (if any).
• Follow up and make sure CI process smoothly operated (CI project registration, CI payout) to reduce long outstanding CI payout.
3/ Others
• Support other ah-hoc task required by section manger
• Support Sales PIC (Person In Charge) for the other jobs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Sales/ Accounting or relevant
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- At least 1 year of experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Administrator Management
• Raise CI (Operation, Promotion Activities) to support Dealer for Sales Operation Activities
• Follow up with Dealer for the payment process (collect documents, double-check data), then raise the payout to Dealer
• Collect documents and make payment to vendor for Marketing Activities.
• Prepare and manage paperwork.
2. Data Management
• Maintain Sell-Out data by model and store weekly base.
• Update monthly report data. (Sell-Out template, Scoreboard, Model wise pivot data) to Section Head
3. Customer Data Management
• Tracking and updating My Sony Registration progress.
• Contact with related department to fix issues for My Sony Customer of Sony Center
• Analyze CVR by stores and categories.
4. Dealer Supporting
• Update new models’ information to Dealers.
• Arrange training session for FSM at each store.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Diploma’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operation Administrator or similar role
- General knowledge of Consumer electronic products and industry is preferable
- Business level of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

JOB PURPOSE
Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for managing corporate marketing and communications functions for both online and offline, overseeing a multimillion-dollar budget and 7-member team. This includes oversight of all strategic communications with external audiences, he/she is required to identify and maximize opportunities to build memorable product brands and maintain Sony as TOM Brand. Direct brand management, PR, media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, advertising, sales collateral, and tradeshow marketing can be achieved through a diverse mix of marketing using full range of traditional and digital tools available.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. A&P Activities Planning
• Supervise Marcom PICs (TV, Visual & Sound/ Game and Digital Image) to coordinate with HQ/ RHQ, Product marketing team, sales team, and related internal/ external teams for all Digital Communications & Events (New Line-up Launch, Summer/ Mid-year/ Year-end campaigns) – On time planning and execution across PDCA process
• Supervise the whole mar-com team for Cross Category and Xperia – Annual roadshow event, Sales Promotion: Mid-Year and Tet - On time planning and execution across PDCA process
2. Media and Communication
• Act as the strategic lead and manage and deliver the organization’s media and PR strategy.
• Supervise PR PIC to coordinate with HQ/ RHQ, product marketing members, sales team, and related internal/ external teams. Also enhance relationship with media and manage local crisis (if any) to minimize impact to Sony image
3. Digital Marketing Communication
• Supervise the Digital Marketing Team: Always on campaigns across Corporate social platforms (FB, YT, INS, Database, website)
• Drive O2O
• Digital Marketing Report / Campaign Consolidation
• Internal Digital Consultancy (KPI setting & monitoring)
• Work with Regional team for SEM and Always-on Facebook Explore new types of media
4. Inhouse designer
• Supervise In house designer in terms of design concept, messages and following CI guidelines
5. Budget & KPIs Management
• Monthly Marketing A&P Budget Management
• A&P WOW (way of working) review with HQ/ RHQ (twice a year)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant
- English: Able to communicate in business level
- At least 2 years experience in marketing communication especially in media planning and buying. In Media industry is preferable.
- Having Marketing communication knowledge in Electronics products or Agency (media or creative), especially camera knowledge would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across departments and functions
