how can such expensive product not support bluetooth at this era of time???? It's also misleading and not clear that bluetooth is not support when i bought it. The one with bluetooth support cost 50 buck more. Really?

Wearing these earphones to swim changes our swimming experiences. I love swimming but it can be a boring sport. It makes all the difference when you can listen to music as you swim, same as when you listen to music when working out. I first tried a product from another brand before I found this Sony. This one is far better. It reminds us of when we first started using Sony Walkman cassette tape (you know my age). Such a thrill experience.

This is my third sony SW series, 1 for the previous model and last 2 in this model. They are very good for swimming and running as well. I hope its sound will be louder and clearer while swimming, it would be great if Sony would improve the sound quality for the next coming version.

Wife has the same model and had been using it for several years but the plastic loop parts started to crack/ peel.. so got this as a replacement because its compact and has long battery life.

Bought on 4/9/2021 and yesterday my mp3 wouldn’t turn on at all during my run. This is my third pair of mp3 from Sony. Every year I need to change as it spoils somehow. This time it’s absurd. It’s not even a month!!!! And they told me to repair , no refund or 1 to 1 exchange. I need this on a daily basis, now I have to source for another brand and wait for a follow up from Sony. Recovery service is so poor, SONY!

When I adjust volume, even I click one bottom, volume continues to increase/decrease volume until max/no sound. When I download music to this walkman, it is difficult to manage the music list in this walkman on the music center.

Love the fact it allows me to kill the boredom of swimming laps by listening to music! Unfortunately sound quality isn't as good (a little flat when in water) as I'll like it to be (or when compared to outside of water). But hey! It still beats doing laps hearing only the sound of your mind and water splashing!

Swimming beyond 30min is no longer boring with this headphone. Sound quality in water is acceptable not great but it’s better than no music! :)

Wearing this in waters, it amplifies sounds of waters, at times muffed the music. It is an acceptable gadget. Sound not fantastic under water.

Ive bought this product multiple times already. Although its a great product, the battery lifespan does seem to be an issue. The last one that I had, due to the lockdown in my country, I couldn’t use for about 2 months. When I tried using it after 2mths, the battery did not want to charge and I had to get a new one. Its a great product thats why I keep getting it eventhough the battery lifespan could be thought better.

Bought a couple months back, all is good except for certain minor flaws. Lack in bass, sound stuttering during running or during high intensity training. Would recommend it for walk or during gyming that involve less movement. Eartips doesn't fit snugly regardless from what is provided.

...but that USB Cradle gets spoiled very easily: My computer keeps getting a USB error whenever the walkman is connected to it. I now have to buy extra third-party cradles. This is a great product. I can't live without it because I need it when I do my running/HIIT workouts. But that cradle! Argh.

I bought this in Jan using my birthday voucher and I am happy with my purchase. I had an older bulkier version that is still working perfectly but I wanted a new one to indulge myself for my birthday. This product did not disappoint. It was lighter and more compact, there is an hard case holder assessory that I can purchase to protect the walkman from being crushed in my bag. The music sounded good and it did not have song latency when I am listening to it when running unlike the older version. Overall, happy with it!

Much better fit compared to the earlier version. Buttons are also better accessible. Good value for money for someone who sums with it.

I bought a few but it lasted for about six months and the faulty units have to be discarded. I find the Walkman useful while swimming as I enjoyed the music. However, there is no other better brands in the market than SONY. It is use for short period, discard and buy new one.

I have bought 3 devices as of date and all of them have an issue after close to 2 years of use. The devices stop turning on although full charged and no amount of “Re-Setting” helps !

This is my 3rd pair and the quality has improved over the years. They last about 2 years. Then again, I swim at least 4 times a week up to 1.5 hours per session. Chose the earbud with the best fit, to make sure water doesn't get in your ears, else there will be little sound.

Bought it year ago, my second walkman on sony product. After one year and 4 months, it spoiled, power can't on. Today went KLCC sony service center and they said it is a non repair item, they only can offer me a 20% discount on a new audio item. Quite disappointing on this product, not cheap and cannot repair. ( but the first walkman i used for 3 years plus, so average usage for this walkman will last 2 years )

Easy to use. Sound quality is good. Fast charging is another plus point. I cound't find another similar product that really works under the water at this price range.

I swim 6 days a week and this definitely made it more enjoyable. The sound is clear underwater but doesn’t have a strong bass sound. No problem of them popping out when pushing off from the wall so long as you have them secured properly. I would recommend wearing them outside your swimming cap and securing the sides with your goggle straps. All in all it’s a good product in and out of the pool.

I just purchased my second WS410 Walkman WS Series to replace my first, which I bought in early 2017. I used my original WS410 for 5-6 hours daily since 2017. I used it for running, weightlifting, high intensity interval training (it stays put during burpees) and dance training. It also has accompanied me in a few long distance run competitions and also obstacle races (few series of Viper Challenge and Spartan Race). My first WS410 finally acts up two days ago (Took around 10 minutes and several attempts to start it). I believe it's dying because I wore it while taking shower - a few times (lesson learned). But in overall, it is such a satisfying investment because I have tortured it in every single way since 2017. The sound quality remains clear and top notch until its very last day. I have recommended it to my other two friends (One is into CrossFit and another one is into weightlifting). It's a very good investment for anyone who is into active lifestyle.

Love it for being waterproof! I sweat a lot and had water damaged a few earphones prior to this. Feel confident, even running in the rain. Able to run without my phone. Fits snugly with good sound quality.
