Ive been using the speaker approximately 1 month+-, the speaker sounds very good and my satisfaction level 11/10. Honestly ive been looking for another brand like harman,jbl at first. I just walk around, window shopping and noticed sony centre at Ipoh parade. Not intentionally to buy yet. But 1 of your promoter/ sales representative name Mr Nelson welcome me with an open arm and keep explaining the product and demo it to me with a full blast sound. Im not going to hold anymore. this speaker catches my heart after the demonstration. At that time the mall too noisy with event organised at ground floor. which convinced me more this is very good product. Please do give Mr Nelson from sony centre ipoh parade perak some complementary give or any complementary token to him to show my appreciation. You guys have a very good sales representative. Im in this marketing line too. So im very happy when im being a customer and get such treat by him. And i hope to see/meet more guys like him. He do his best to promote the product to me till im convinced to buy it. Will come again to sony centre next time and ill promote among my friend to go there too!

Pros - Its a good speaker, good sound, looks great, build and design quality is good, waterproof and dustproof. Cons - battery is lacking, stamina mode is basically unusable, soundstage could be better, the bass could be better honestly considering the size and dual resonators. Looks like a 360 degree surround sound speaker but its only front facing. But overall happy with my purchase.

I had a JBL charge 3 before purchasing this sony XB23. And it was good at amplifying the bass. However when i switched over to the XB23. The other components of the music(eg the mids) were distinct and better than the JBL. Very nice.

I bought 2 of this speaker for stereo pairing, the effect really immersive, but sometimes it will lag for 1s sometimes, not sure this is the wireless connection issue. Overall satisfied

I'm happy with this speaker, sound is clear and crisp when I listen to my relaxing classical music. Of course the bass is not as strong as JBL but it all depends on your type of music. I'm satisfied with sound system of this neat designed portable speaker. Battery life is OK, lasted about 7-8 hrs which is reasonable.

Overall a decent performance with nice sounds and good bass for the price range. Able to fit into bicycle water bottle holder.

I’m very satisfied with the product that why I go for 2nd purchase and pick a new color in blue. Unfortunately the blue color happen to have the same issues with my friend who bought the same blue. There is buzzing sound when we play music. We went to Sony care and they change a new color for us.

I thought this would suit me better on my desk. But the treble was not as sharp. Bass do not deliver the usual kicks. It cannot transmit my voice when I am making video calls on Webex and has no sound output when playing linkedlin videos on my PC at the same time. Could Sony check if this is a compatibility issue with Webex?

i can hear pretty low notes.awesome balanced sound, build is good,connectivity is nice can smoothly work up above 30 feet i suppose, battery life is good,easy to use, hands free calls are hassle free, simply noise free calls, can capture and deliver the voices over an impressive range. Definitely worth in mid size cost range.

Bought this few weeks back, and used it for a few times. I must say, it does have the sound quality that I need. The loudness and the clarity of the music detail is superb. Like, some speakers couldn't bring out the certains sound we heard in earphones, like deep bass etc but I don't have such issue with this speaker. It brings out all of the sounds! Will be using it for my dance practice session.

I was recommended this speaker as I will be using it primarily when I am cycling outdoors and I am glad I bought it. The bass is awesome and even at higher volume, the sound is crisp and not distorted. Although it is a little big, it fits into my bottle cage, so I don't have to worry about it swinging around as I cycle. The only gripe I have is that the BT connection seemed unstable and the sound skipped/broke quite a bit when I first brought it out when cycling. I don't really have this problem when I am using it at home. After removing the device from my phone BT and re-pairing it after restarting my phone, plus changing the speaker to connection "priority on stable connection" helped and I don't face that issue anymore.

It's a perfect Bluetooth Speaker! Sound is good, bass is good, there is nothing to be picky about with this price.

Mono sound. One speaker is either Left or Right. I got Left. I think it would sound better with two SRS XB23 speaker. Just my two cents.

Battery is good. I use the speaker for 5 hours continuously but power consumption just 30%. Charging to full power from 30% takes 3-4 hours but from 70% to full power take over 1 hour. Product is with plastics and fabric, color not so bright but seem durable. All buttons are just push once and easily pair with your device (some bluetooth speakers have instructions like press for 3-4 seconds), the speaker has nemory that once your pair your device, next time speaker remember the device and automatically pair. Sony wx-1000xm3 has automatically remember your smart phone once your pair. Stereo pair is easy and just press button. Sound quality different from China brand is some automatic calibration of sound (not advertised but some auto calibration when you pair, thus not to worry sound will be suddenly too loud). Sound quality good, bass is as expected. Overall if you think of bluetooth speaker it is right choice.

Good bluetooth speaker. Easy to connect. Stereo mode and party mode are easy to connect. Sound feels not so good. Bass of music is average, feeling not so much as in advertising. Overall, music better in headphone wx1000mx3 than bluetooth speaker. Sound if sonos better but sony cheaper price.
